Foulger-Pratt Management utilizes the latest technologies to support our tenants, including a web-based facility maintenance program that provides a direct link to maintenance departments for submitting and tracking service requests; and accounting systems that customize financial reports for each property. We also offer an expert team of building specialists, including highly trained on-site building engineers and maintenance staff. Through the years, we have earned a solid reputation for prompt, responsive services and follow-up with tenants, all directly related to our Build to Last core values.
Foulger-Pratt Management has earned the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation issued by The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The Accredited Management Organization accreditation is the only recognition of excellence given to real estate management firms and is recognized by building owners and institutions as the “gold standard” in property management. It’s requirements are more relevant than ever to asset managers, their clients, and the properties they manage. Foulger-Pratt Management is one of only a select few firms nationwide to have reached this achievement.
Foulger-Pratt Management recognizes the importance of a comprehensive, hands-on approach to property management. Our commercial office specialists are well trained and experienced in building systems and the integrated solutions required to address maintenance and life cycle needs effectively. Additionally, the management team is dedicated to meeting the needs of every client through exceptional customer service, quality products and timely responses.
