Since its founding in 1963, Foulger-Pratt Contracting has completed many institutional projects in the Washington region. The firm’s work includes numerous new construction and modernization projects for schools, and many expansion/renovation projects for area churches.

• The Washington, D.C. Temple Visitors Center Theater Addition
  A 540-seat theater addition and visitors center renovation; completed as a design-build in Kensington, MD
• The Washington, D.C. Temple
  A 160,000-square-foot religious temple in Kensington, MD
• Bullis School Stadium
  A 1,000-seat stadium rehabilitation at a school in Potomac, MD
• Pointers Run Elementary School
  A 70,000-square-foot elementary school in Howard County, MD
• Town Square Garage
  A 1,284-space urban parking garage with office space in Silver Spring, MD
• Wayne Avenue Garage
  A 1,732-space urban garage with retail in Silver Spring, MD
