Foulger-Pratt Contracting
Institutional
Since its founding in 1963, Foulger-Pratt Contracting has completed many institutional projects in the Washington region. The firm’s work includes numerous new construction and modernization projects for schools, and many expansion/renovation projects for area churches.
Foulger-Pratt construction specialists understand the vital importance of working within budgets that are often limited by other educational or institutional program needs. We also recognize the importance of construction that reflects long-term value and performance. Our renovation and expansion work is often completed on occupied sites where our clients must maintain operations without disruption, and we have consistently received favorable feedback as we work within these challenging parameters.
Our accomplishments in institutional projects include:
- The AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center
A 65,000-square-foot theater historic renovation and expansion in downtown Silver Spring, MD - Round House Theatre
A 150-seat black box theater next to the AFI Silver Theatre in Silver Spring, MD - The Washington, D.C. Temple Visitors Center Theater Addition
