Foulger-Pratt Contracting’s experience in retail construction ranges from the ambitious, $185-million downtown Silver Spring retail development to numerous successful renovations and expansions of strip shopping centers throughout the region. Our building teams are proficient in the meticulous detailing and custom finishes often required in retail tenant build-outs, as well as the expansive site requirements often included in retail construction, including parking, utilities, and streetscape work.
