    A two-building high-rise office complex totaling 400,000 square feet in Vienna, VA
  • Orchard Ridge
    A 103,000-square-foot office building in Gaithersburg, MD. The property was vacant at the time of purchase; after a repackaging and release effort, the building is now fully leased and is being sold.
  • Sequoia Plaza
    Three four-story office buildings totaling 370,000 square feet in Arlington, VA
  • Republic Plaza
    A ten-story, 255,000-square-foot building in Washington, DC. This property has since been sold.
  • Montgomery General Physicians Office Building
    A 67,000-square-foot building on the campus of Montgomery General Hospital in Olney, MD
  • Shady Grove Medical Village
    This property in Rockville, MD, has been redeveloped and expanded.
  • 7316 Wisconsin Avenue
    A 70,000-square-foot office building in downtown Bethesda, MD
