    Sid Foulger moves from Utah to Washington, DC, to lead architecture and construction group at Marriott Corporation.

  • 1963

    Sid Foulger leaves Marriott and founds Foulger & Company.

  • 1982

    Sid makes Clayton, Bryant, and Brent his equal partners and changes company name to Foulger-Pratt.

  • 1993

    Foulger-Pratt completes development of NOAA headquarters.

  • 1999

    Redevelopment of Downtown Silver Spring begins.

  • 2004

    Foulger-Pratt completes redevelopment of Downtown Silver Spring.

  • 2006

    Mission Statement and Core Values are formalized.
