Brent K. Pratt
Principal

Brent Pratt joined the Foulger-Pratt Companies in 1973. He has overseen the construction of many of the firm’s largest projects, ranging from Main Street Centre in Richmond, Virginia to the new Park Potomac Place development in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Mr. Pratt has a broad range of experience in construction services, with expertise in project management, estimating, purchasing, marketing, and contract administration. He has overseen the development of several billion dollars worth of construction over the past three decades.

Mr. Pratt holds a degree in business management finance from Brigham Young University. He served on the board of directors of the Associated Builders and Contractors Metro Washington chapter for several years. Mr. Pratt’s projects include the renovation and conversion of Landmark Shopping Center, Silver Spring Metro Center, the Bell Atlantic headquarters, the Baltimore Marriott Hotel, the Downtown Silver Spring Retail Center, and the Washington DC Temple. Residential projects include Alban Towers, Providence Square, Baywoods of Annapolis, and Harbor Point East and West.
