Clayton F. Foulger
Principal

Clayton Foulger has been active in commercial real estate in the Washington metropolitan area for more than 25 years. He joined the Foulger-Pratt Companies in 1978 and has been involved with the development of many landmark projects for the firm, including Silver Spring Metro Center, Rockville Metro Center, the Downtown Silver Spring Retail Center, Oakton Corporate Center, Rollingwood Shopping Center, and Crossroads Plaza. Currently, Mr. Foulger is providing management and legal oversight for the development of Park Potomac Place and the Silver Spring Transit Center.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Mr. Foulger holds a degree in accounting. He attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association. Mr. Foulger, along with Bryant Foulger, was named “Trendsetter of the Year” in the 2004 Trendlines Conference.
