Foulger-Pratt Management, Inc. was established in 1989 as an affiliate of the Foulger-Pratt Companies. The firm provides commercial property management services within the Washington metropolitan area, serving the office, retail, and flex/warehouse markets.

As part of an organization that also owns, develops, and builds commercial properties, the Foulger-Pratt Management team recognizes the importance of a comprehensive, hands-on approach to property management.
