As a multi-generational family owned and operated company, Foulger-Pratt’s strategy is to develop a portfolio of outstanding real estate assets and own them for the long term. Our long term ownership approach affects the projects we pursue and the way we design, finance, build and manage our buildings. We understand that the value of our assets is directly related to the tenants that occupy them. To that end two separate companies have been formed to provide superior property management services specific to that property type, and to foster strong relationships with our tenants through open and regular communication.
