Bonnie Morrison joined Foulger-Pratt Management in October l994 and has over twenty-five years of property management experience in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.  She has managed such noteworthy properties as Washington Square in Washington, DC and the Tyson’s II Office Tower in McLean, VA.  Her extensive background includes all aspects of property management with direct experience in managing commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties.  She is responsible for the overall economic performance and physical management of Foulger Pratt Management’s portfolio of 26 properties totaling over 4.8 million square feet.  Five of the properties are medical office buildings. 

Ms. Morrison attended Montgomery College and American University.  She completed her Certified Property Management designation in l986 and has an active real estate broker’s license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland, and a real estate salesman’s license in the District of Columbia.  

Ms. Morrison is active in industry associations including the Property Management Association (2010 President of PMA and also on the Board of Directors); and the Institute of Real Estate Management (Past President of IREM West Central Maryland Chapter #92). Ms. Morrison has been honored with several awards including the IREM Distinguished Service Award, IREM CPM of the Year, PMA Property Management Professional of the Year, and the PMA President’s Award. Ms. Morrison volunteers her expertise for many public committees including Montgomery County Public Schools Operations Excellence task force; and The SEEDS Charter School in the development of their property management and preventative maintenance program.
