Bonnie Morrison joined Foulger-Pratt Management in 1994. She has more than 25 years of property management experience in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Ms. Morrison’s expertise includes all aspects of management services for commercial, retail, industrial, and residential properties. She is currently responsible for executive management of the entire Foulger-Pratt portfolio, consisting of 25 properties totaling over 4.6 million square feet. Ms. Morrison also manages the firm’s human resources, information technology, and administrative operations.

Ms. Morrison is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she has served as president of West Central Maryland Chapter #92 and held various offices and committee roles. She currently serves on the National Membership Committee and the Governing Counsel, has received the Distinguished Service Award three times, and has been named CPM of the Year. Ms. Morrison also serves on the Board of Directors of the Property Managers Association and is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors where she has served on various committees within this regional organization.

Ms. Morrison is also active on the Board of Advisors of the Montgomery County Business Roundtable for Education. She has been recognized by the Northern Virginia Electric Co-operative for her dedication to energy conservation.

Bonnie Morrison attended Montgomery College and American University. She completed her Certified Property Management designation in 1986.
