C. Steven LeHew, RPA
Director of Property Management

Steve LeHew joined Foulger-Pratt Management in February 1999 as a Senior Property Manager with responsibility for the Northern Virginia property portfolio.  In his position as the Director of Property Management, he oversees the firm’s property portfolio consisting of 26 properties in Maryland, Northern Virginia and Boston Massachusetts with over 4.8 million square feet of commercial office, retail, medical and industrial space.

 Mr. LeHew has over 35 years of professional management and entrepreneurial experience including planned-use communities, commercial, residential, medical, multi-family and special use facilities; and condominium associations.

A graduate of Old Dominion University, Mr. LeHew holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification and is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. LeHew also holds a real estate broker license with the District of Columbia, and serves as the Principal Broker for Foulger-Pratt Management. 

Under the direction of the Executive Vice President for Property Management, Mr. LeHew is in charge of portfolio operations and oversees the day-to-day commercial management. He is responsible for evaluating asset performance, ensuring compliance with operating policies and procedures, supervision of property management staff, and financial and property operational functions.
