Vice President of Engineering
Tim Dick joined Foulger-Pratt Management in March 2004 as the Director of Engineering with responsibility for 26 commercial office, retail, medical, and industrial properties totaling over 4.8 million square feet and located throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. As Director of Engineering, Mr. Dick is responsible for energy procurement, management and training of the maintenance and engineering departments and staff, and implementation of the corporate policies, procedures and preventive maintenance program. Mr. Dick also reviews, manages quality control and provides technical advice for all mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems in properties constructed for the Foulger-Pratt Companies.
Mr. Dick is a strong proponent of continuing education both for his employees and himself. He holds the following licenses and certifications:
- LEED Accredited Professional
- Maryland 1st Class Engineering License
- Master HVAC State of Maryland
- District of Columbia 3rd Class Engineering License
- Universal CFC Certified
Mr. Dick is a member of the United States Green Building Council National Capitol Region (USGBC-NCR), Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA), and the Property Management Association (PMA). His experience, knowledge, common sense, and agreeable manner have been recognized and applauded by professional organizations and Foulger-Pratt on a number of occasions.
