Sid Foulger moves from Utah to Washington DC to lead the architecture and construction group at Marriott Corporation.

1963

Foulger leaves Marriott and founds Foulger & Company.

1982

Foulger makes Clayton Foulger, Bryant Foulger, and Brent Pratt his equal partners and changes the company name to Foulger-Pratt.

Foulger-Pratt completes development of NOAA headquarters.

Foulger-Pratt begins redevelopment of downtown Silver Spring, MD.

Foulger-Pratt completes redevelopment of downtown Silver Spring.

Foulger-Pratt formalizes its mission statement and core values.

Foulger-Pratt completes the first phase of the Park Potomac mixed-use development.

Cameron Pratt is appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Foulger-Pratt.

Foulger-Pratt expands to the West Coast and opens the first office in California.

Cameron Pratt, Brigg Bunker, Bryan Foulger, and Pete Ognibene are named Managing Partners.
