As Vice President of Construction, Brett Harton oversees all construction operation, from initial integration with the development team during the acquisitions and preconstruction phases, through project completion and turnover to property management. Mr. Harton has over 25 years experience in the industry and has worked for Foulger-Pratt for over 15 years, providing his expertise and knowledge on a wide range of projects. Mr. Harton holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida.

As a Managing Partner, Brigg Bunker manages the company’s development and construction divisions, and is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the development and construction of all projects including underwriting, due diligence, product design, pre-construction services, financing, quality control, and construction supervision.
Mr. Bunker joined Foulger-Pratt in 2009 following many years of success in private equity, multifamily development, and real estate acquisitions. Mr. Bunker received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
He serves on the NAIOP National Mixed-Use Board and the NoMa Bid Executive Board and Committee and is involved in many philanthropic organizations

Bryan Foulger serves as Managing Partner and is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the underwriting, entitlement, financing, and execution of a diverse portfolio of development projects. He joined Foulger-Pratt in 2012, following many years of success in multifamily development, construction management, and real estate acquisitions.
Mr. Foulger received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Bryant Foulger serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is a member of the Investment Committee. In his current role, Mr. Foulger draws on more than 30 years of real estate and management experience to provide approval and oversight of the CEO’s vision and strategy.
Mr. Foulger was appointed to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s transition team and is also involved with the Montgomery Business Development Corporation, the Greater District of Columbia Chapter of the Leadership Council for the Mayo Clinic, the Montgomery County Business Advisory Panel, and is a Trustee Emeritus of the Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland. Mr. Foulger attended Brigham Young University and serves on numerous professional and charitable boards.

Cameron Pratt has in excess of 15 years of real estate investment and operating experience and has been with Foulger-Pratt since 2004. As Managing Partner and CEO, he establishes the company’s strategy and vision and oversees all operating and investing entities. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Foulger-Pratt, Mr. Pratt worked in real estate development in California, as well as real estate investment banking and private equity in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Mr. Pratt has been involved with the Young Presidents' Organization, CF Foundation and Make-A-Wish Foundation Mid-Atlantic Chapter.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Clayton Foulger is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. Mr. Foulger has been an integral part of Foulger-Pratt since joining the firm in 1978.
During his career, Mr. Foulger has worked in markets from Salt Lake City, Utah, to the Washington, DC, area, and has led the negotiation, acquisition, development, and leasing efforts on numerous complex and successful projects. Mr. Foulger holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate, both from Brigham Young University, and is a long-standing member of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Williams joined Foulger-Pratt in 2018 as Director of Marketing following many years of success in private, multi-family property management.
Ms. Williams received her B.S. in Economics from the University of Mary Washington and her M.B.A from Shenandoah University.
Mr. Datch has over 15 years of experience practicing law and currently serves as General Counsel at Foulger-Pratt. His practice touches on every aspect of real estate, including the counsel and negotiation of commercial real estate, business and financing transactions, organizational structuring and restructuring, leasing, construction, and general corporate matters. Mr. Datch has served on committees and boards of directors for multiple trade associations and nonprofits.
Mr. Datch holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University.
Jamie Chapman is a Development Manager focused on the execution of projects through the entitlement, design, financing, and construction in California.
Mr. Chapman joined Foulger-Pratt in 2019 after twelve years of Planning and Civil Engineering Project Management experience in single-family, multi-family, industrial, and institutional development in the greater Washington, DC metro area.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University.

Jim Crawford joined Foulger-Pratt Management in 2012 as a Senior Property Manager with responsibility for the Maryland North portfolio. The Maryland North portfolio consists of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial office, medical and retail space. The portfolio has included a LEED Platinum and 2 LEED Gold office buildings and an IGCC Certified mixed-use property.
Mr. Crawford has been involved in commercial and residential real estate since 1988. He has worked extensively with all commercial property types and classes throughout the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and the mid-Atlantic Region. He has managed over 160 properties and close to 2,000 residential units working for both owners and 3rd party clients.
Mr. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from West Liberty University and he has achieved the LEED Green Associate designation from USGBC, the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM, Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from ICSC and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the BOMI Institute. Mr. Crawford is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Virginia and he has served on the Boards of Directors for IREM Ch. 8, IREM Ch. 92, the Property Managers Association (PMA) and the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District.

To date, Joe Clauser has been involved in more than $4 billion of commercial real estate transactions, including some of the Washington, DC, area’s most complex and transformative projects. Mr. Clauser works closely with Foulger-Pratt’s senior executive team to manage acquisitions and financings for the firm. Mr. Clauser has recently overseen transactions involving a variety of capitalization structures including institutional JV equity partners, EB-5 preferred equity, private equity syndications, CTL bond issuances, HUD Insured loans, Agency securitizations, life company loans (perm/construction-perm), and bank financings (construction/bridge).
Prior to joining Foulger-Pratt in 2010, Mr. Clauser worked in the investments group for private equity fund manager CIM Group. Mr. Clauser has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.

As Senior Vice President of Development, Josh Etter oversees the management of several project teams advancing multi-faceted projects through the entitlement, design, financing and construction life-cycle. In addition, Mr. Etter works closely with Asset Management to execute marketing and leasing plans that maximizes value for our stakeholders.
Mr. Etter joined Foulger-Pratt in 2013 after eight years of Project Management experience in multi-family and trophy office space development in Denver, CO and Washington, DC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and a MBA from the George Washington School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Washington DC Economic Partnership and VisArts.

As Senior Advisor, Kevin MacClary oversees the construction and project administration for all projects. Drawing from his 35 years of industry experience, he provides leadership and supervision from the preconstruction stage through final turnover.

As Vice President of Acquisitions, Mr. Beeson is focused on value-add acquisition and development opportunities in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and the Southeast. Since joining Foulger-Pratt in 2016, Mr. Beeson has been instrumental in the acquisition of projects totaling 1.7 million square feet and over $600 million of value.
Prior to joining Foulger-Pratt, Mr. Beeson served as an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Finance & Investment Banking team, where he assisted corporations, institutions, and other owner-occupiers in maximizing real estate value through structured financial products, involving tax, capital, and accounting strategies. Mr. Beeson worked on transactions totaling 5 million square feet and $1.3 billion of value.
Mr. Beeson received his B.S. in Business Administration (Finance Concentration) from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a CFA Charterholder.

Pete Ognibene has been a senior executive in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 30 years and has been with Foulger-Pratt since early 2011. He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee and is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the Foulger-Pratt companies and for overseeing all corporate service departments.
Before joining Foulger-Pratt, Mr. Ognibene worked at Price Waterhouse and was the Chief Financial Officer of WEST*GROUP. Mr. Ognibene has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University and is a certified public accountant. He is also Founder and President of Make Kids Smile, an organization dedicated to meeting the need for neighborhood play spaces for under-resourced children.
