Foulger-Pratt acquired 415 14th Street, SE in Washington DC’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, which is currently a 50,384 square foot Safeway grocery store. Foulger-Pratt plans to redevelop the site into a 325-unit, 5-story apartment community, above a new ground-floor 60,000 square foot Safeway and roughly 8000 square feet of neighborhood retail. The 2.75 acre urban infill site sits at a prime location at the corner of 14th and D Street SE, located two blocks from the Potomac Avenue Metro Station. We are excited to deliver a luxury apartment community to a submarket with a limited supply of Class-A apartments.
