Venture on I is a 197-unit luxury apartment community located in Washington, DC's Navy Yard neighborhood. Foulger-Pratt partnered with the Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle - Assemblies of God church to construct this seven-story apartment community on land leased from the church in a long-term deal. Foulger-Pratt will be building a 17,000 square foot sanctuary for the church on the ground floor.
Venture on I is set to deliver Q4 2023.
Press House Warehouse is located at the epicenter of several successful, high-density, amenity-rich neighborhoods, including Union Market, NOMA, Shaw, and the H Street corridor. This project delivered in June 2021, containing 27,000 sq ft of retail and 25,000 sq ft of office.
Affinity on Georgia (formerly Heritage Silver Spring) is a multifamily community consisting of 210 apartment homes in downtown Silver Spring. Redeveloped in 2013, Affinity is made up of multiple historical buildings that were combined to create a multifamily space, which include studios, one and two bedrooms. This community features several amenities, such as a resort-style lap pool, fitness center with studio space, and a conference room for co-working space. Foulger-Pratt acquired Affinity in October 2020 and completed renovations on the common area in early 2022.
Monument Village, ideally situated in College Park, Maryland, is a 236 apartment community that offers studio, one-, and two-bedrooms, as well as loft-style layouts. Tenants can also enjoy the common areas, including a resort style pool, fitness center with yoga studio, and club room. This community is in close proximity to University of Maryland campus, I-495 and College Park Metro. Foulger-Pratt purchased Monument Village in February 2020.
Located in Olney, Maryland and on the MedStar Montgomery Medical Center campus, Montgomery General Hospital buildings I and II are comprised of 126,686 SF of medical office tenants. Foulger-Pratt purchased the first building Montgomery General Hospital I in 1999 and purchased the second building in 2003.
Foulger-Pratt acquired 1900 Gallows in September 2019 and finished renovating in the spring of 2022. This Class-A building features an ideal location in Northern Virginia as well as conference rooms for tenant convenience, a fitness center, and more.
