12425 Park Potomac Ave.

Leveraging Foulger-Pratt’s medical office expertise, this Class A medical office and retail building reflects the evolution of health care delivery away from the expensive hospital setting and into the community. The building's use as a medical office allows additional use as conventional office space and will leverage both the amenity-rich environment of Park Potomac and the aging demographic population that is attracted to the walkable mixed-use environment.
