Jamie Chapman

Jamie Chapman is a Development Manager focused on the execution of projects through the entitlement, design, financing, and construction in California.

Mr. Chapman joined Foulger-Pratt in 2019 after twelve years of Planning and Civil Engineering Project Management experience in single-family, multi-family, industrial, and institutional development in the greater Washington, DC metro area.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University.

Josh Etter

As Senior Vice President of Development, Josh Etter oversees the management of several project teams advancing multi-faceted projects through the entitlement, design, financing and construction life-cycle. In addition, Mr. Etter works closely with Asset Management to execute marketing and leasing plans that maximizes value for our stakeholders.

Mr. Etter joined Foulger-Pratt in 2013 after eight years of Project Management experience in multi-family and trophy office space development in Denver, CO and Washington, DC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and a MBA from the George Washington School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Washington DC Economic Partnership and VisArts.

Bryan C. Foulger

Bryan Foulger serves as Managing Partner and is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the underwriting, entitlement, financing, and execution of a diverse portfolio of development projects. He joined Foulger-Pratt in 2012, following many years of success in multifamily development, construction management, and real estate acquisitions.

Mr. Foulger received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Brigg Bunker

As a Managing Partner, Brigg Bunker manages the company’s development and construction divisions, and is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the development and construction of all projects including underwriting, due diligence, product design, pre-construction services, financing, quality control, and construction supervision.

Mr. Bunker joined Foulger-Pratt in 2009 following many years of success in private equity, multifamily development, and real estate acquisitions. Mr. Bunker received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He serves on the NAIOP National Mixed-Use Board and the NoMa Bid Executive Board and Committee and is involved in many philanthropic organizations
