Peter Ognibene

Pete Ognibene has been a senior executive in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 30 years and has been with Foulger-Pratt since early 2011. He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee and is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the Foulger-Pratt companies and for overseeing all corporate service departments.

Before joining Foulger-Pratt, Mr. Ognibene worked at Price Waterhouse and was the Chief Financial Officer of WEST*GROUP. Mr. Ognibene has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University and is a certified public accountant. He is also Founder and President of Make Kids Smile, an organization dedicated to meeting the need for neighborhood play spaces for under-resourced children.

Brett Harton

As Vice President of Construction, Brett Harton oversees all construction operation, from initial integration with the development team during the acquisitions and preconstruction phases, through project completion and turnover to property management. Mr. Harton has over 25 years experience in the industry and has worked for Foulger-Pratt for over 15 years, providing his expertise and knowledge on a wide range of projects. Mr. Harton holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida.

Alison Punsalan

With over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry, Alison Punsalan provides expert leadership as Senior Vice President of Property Management. Her insight and expertise with new development, lease-up, value-added redevelopment, low-income tax credit, fee-managed, and market-rate properties have established Foulger-Pratt Residential as one of the most effective residential property management companies in the Washington, DC, area.

Before joining Foulger-Pratt, Ms. Punsalan was Vice President of the Northeast Region for Fairfield Residential. She received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ohio State University.

Bryan C. Foulger

Bryan Foulger serves as Managing Partner and is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the underwriting, entitlement, financing, and execution of a diverse portfolio of development projects. He joined Foulger-Pratt in 2012, following many years of success in multifamily development, construction management, and real estate acquisitions.

Mr. Foulger received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Brigg Bunker

As a Managing Partner, Brigg Bunker manages the company’s development and construction divisions, and is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the development and construction of all projects including underwriting, due diligence, product design, pre-construction services, financing, quality control, and construction supervision.

Mr. Bunker joined Foulger-Pratt in 2009 following many years of success in private equity, multifamily development, and real estate acquisitions. Mr. Bunker received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He serves on the NAIOP National Mixed-Use Board and the NoMa Bid Executive Board and Committee and is involved in many philanthropic organizations

Cameron Pratt

Cameron Pratt has in excess of 15 years of real estate investment and operating experience and has been with Foulger-Pratt since 2004. As Managing Partner and CEO, he establishes the company’s strategy and vision and oversees all operating and investing entities. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Foulger-Pratt, Mr. Pratt worked in real estate development in California, as well as real estate investment banking and private equity in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Mr. Pratt has been involved with the Young Presidents' Organization, CF Foundation and Make-A-Wish Foundation Mid-Atlantic Chapter.

Brent Pratt

Brent Pratt has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. Mr. Pratt has a comprehensive understanding of every facet of development and construction, and he has managed projects whose value totals several billion dollars.

Mr. Pratt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Finance from Brigham Young University.

Bryant Foulger

Bryant Foulger serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is a member of the Investment Committee. In his current role, Mr. Foulger draws on more than 30 years of real estate and management experience to provide approval and oversight of the CEO’s vision and strategy.

Mr. Foulger was appointed to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s transition team and is also involved with the Montgomery Business Development Corporation, the Greater District of Columbia Chapter of the Leadership Council for the Mayo Clinic, the Montgomery County Business Advisory Panel, and is a Trustee Emeritus of the Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland. Mr. Foulger attended Brigham Young University and serves on numerous professional and charitable boards.

Clayton Foulger

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Clayton Foulger is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. Mr. Foulger has been an integral part of Foulger-Pratt since joining the firm in 1978.

During his career, Mr. Foulger has worked in markets from Salt Lake City, Utah, to the Washington, DC, area, and has led the negotiation, acquisition, development, and leasing efforts on numerous complex and successful projects. Mr. Foulger holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate, both from Brigham Young University, and is a long-standing member of the American Bar Association.
