Demetrios Datch has over 20 years of experience practicing law and currently serves as General Counsel at Foulger Pratt. His practice touches on every aspect of real estate, including the counsel and negotiation of commercial real estate, business and financing transactions, organizational structuring and restructuring, leasing, construction, and general corporate matters. He has served on several committees and boards of directors for multiple trade associations and nonprofits.
Demetrios holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University.
