The property is anchored by Nationals Park, multiple metro stations and a collection of shopping, restaurant, and entertainment offerings. Adjacent to it is Lansburgh Park, where residents can enjoy picnic areas, basketball courts, a playground, dog park and community garden. Foulger Pratt partnered with the Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle – Assemblies of God church and Cornerstone Development Group to construct this apartment community on land leased from the church in a long-term deal. Foulger Pratt will be building a 17,000 square foot sanctuary for the church on the ground floor.
