About Me
Ayisha Swann is a Director of Development at Foulger Pratt with more than a decade of real estate and economic development experience in the Washington, D.C. region. She has experience managing all stages of the development life cycle, including entitlement, design, capitalization, construction, and public-private partnerships across a variety of asset types. Prior to joining Foulger Pratt, Ayisha served as Vice President of Development at Redbrick LMD, where she led development of the Bridge District, a large mixed-use development in a Washington, D.C. Opportunity Zone. She previously worked at JBG SMITH, managing several high-profile mixed-use projects including Eckington Yards, the Gallaudet/6th Street redevelopment, National Landing, and The Signet. Earlier in her career, Ayisha worked for the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District, where she led economic development and placemaking initiatives in downtown Washington, D.C.
Ayisha received her MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she was awarded a full-tuition fellowship, and graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a BA in Geography and English.
