About Me
Johanna Bolin has over 20 years of accounting experience in the real estate development, construction, and property management industries. She has been with Foulger Pratt since 2020, initially joining as a Corporate Controller and later becoming our Vice President of Accounting in 2022. As VP of Accounting, Johanna oversees the accounting of the operating divisions of the company including development, construction, commercial property management, residential property management and corporate services.
Johanna earned her BS in Accounting at The University of Maryland, where she was a member of the honor societies Beta Alpha Psi and Phi Kappa Phi. After college, while working in public accounting, Johanna earned her CPA license, which she maintains to keep an active status.
As a public accountant, Johanna’s work included audits, tax returns, and other attest and assurance services for a variety of clients. She was most interested in the construction and development clients and since leaving public accounting, has continued to grow in a career focused on the real estate industry, working for both national and regional firms.
