Suzanne Sabatier

Suzanne Sabatier has more than 10 years of real estate development and operating experience and has been with Foulger Pratt since 2022. As Managing Director of Asset Management, she oversees the operations, financial performance, business plan, and exit strategy of the commercial and multifamily portfolios. Suzanne also works closely with the development team to bring an operating perspective to the design of new buildings and advises on the underwriting of new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Foulger Pratt, Suzanne was a Senior Vice President at JBG Smith, where she oversaw a 6 million square foot portfolio in National Landing, Virginia. She also worked on the development team and managed the development of several trophy buildings in downtown DC. Earlier in her career, Suzanne worked in Investment Banking in New York City. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
