Overview

Oak Hills is located on the bucolic Oakdale Road less than a mile from Exit 18 on I-485.  The site is prominently situated atop a hill overlooking the neighboring Oak Hills Parkland preserve, which will host the third phase of the seven-mile Long Creek Greenway project. Despite the seemingly rural setting, the drive time to the center of Uptown Charlotte is 15-20 minutes. The community is comprised of 128 three-story, rear-loaded townhomes averaging 1,886 RSF, with a mix of 3- and 4-BR units. The homes offer two-car (side-by-side) garages. The community offers a dog park and walking trail as the primary amenity.
